SMALL SIZE MOVES
- 2 Experienced Movers + 1 Truck (22’ or 24’)
- 2 hours of labour (minimum),
- FREE Liability and Cargo Insurance
- Best for individuals, couples, or very small households.
- Typical scope: Studio apartment | 1-bedroom apartment/condo | Dorm room or basement suite | Partial moves (few furniture pieces, appliances, boxes)
STANDARD SIZE MOVES
- 3 Experienced Movers + 1 Truck (24’ or 26’)
- 3 hours of labour (minimum),
- FREE Liability and Cargo Insurance
- An additional one-time truck fee applies.
- Best for average-sized families or medium households.
- Typical scope: 2–3 bedroom apartment, Small to mid-sized house (townhouse, duplex), Office relocations (medium-sized setups)
BIG SIZE MOVES
- 4 Experienced Movers + 1 Truck (26’)
- 3 hours of labour (minimum)
- FREE Liability and Cargo Insurance
- An additional one-time truck fee applies.
- Best for large households, big families, or full offices
- Typical scope: 3–5+ bedroom house, Large estates or multi-level homes, Full office building moves, Long-distance or out-of-city moves with a full load.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Da Moving Guys (DMG), including moving, storage, shipping, and logistics. By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
DMG offers moving, storage, shipping, and logistics services. Service details, including pricing and timelines, will be confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement.
2. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DMG reserves the right to withhold delivery or storage access until payment is received in full.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed according to DMG’s Refund Policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations.
Properly pack and label items, unless DMG is hired to provide packing services.
Disclose fragile, valuable, or hazardous items before the move.
Obtain all necessary building permits, elevator bookings, or parking arrangements (if required).
5. DMG Responsibilities
DMG will:
Provide professional, reliable, and timely services.
Handle items with care and ensure proper loading, transport, and unloading.
Maintain insurance coverage as required by law.
6. Liability & Insurance
DMG’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the amount specified in the service agreement or insurance coverage purchased.
DMG is not liable for:
Pre-existing damages.
Items packed by the Client without DMG’s supervision.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Storage Services
Storage fees are charged monthly in advance.
DMG is not liable for perishable, illegal, or hazardous items stored without disclosure.
Clients must maintain updated contact information.
8. Shipping & Logistics Services
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
DMG is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, strikes, or force majeure events.
Additional fees may apply for oversized, overweight, or restricted items.
9. Termination of Services
DMG reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
Payment terms are not met.
Unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable working conditions are encountered.
The Client fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Province/State, e.g., Alberta, Canada]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
